These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RynHealth ("we," "us," "our"), a health AI subscription service. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

RynHealth is NOT a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI agents and health plans provided through RynHealth are for informational and organizational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or received through RynHealth.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use RynHealth. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Subscription & Billing
RynHealth is a subscription service billed monthly. Subscription plans range from $29/month to $149/month depending on the plan selected.
Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and automatically renews each month unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file on each renewal date.
Cancel anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting hi@rynhealth.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
3. Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your first month.
If you are not satisfied with RynHealth, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, email hi@rynhealth.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email address.
After the 7-day period, all sales are final. No refunds are issued for subsequent monthly renewals or for partial months. This applies regardless of usage.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
You must notify us immediately at hi@rynhealth.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Each subscription is for a single user. You may not share your account.

6. AI Agent Actions
RynHealth AI agents may take actions on your behalf, such as booking appointments or sending messages to healthcare providers. You authorize these actions when you enable them in your settings.
You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming any action taken by an AI agent. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from AI-initiated actions that you authorize.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and AI models comprising RynHealth are owned by us or our licensors. Your use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights. You retain ownership of the personal data and health information you provide.
8. Account Termination
By you: You may cancel your account at any time. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of cancellation per our Privacy Policy.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a manner that poses risk to others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
We may also terminate the service with 30 days' written notice, in which case we will provide a pro-rated refund for unused subscription time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
RynHealth is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated health plans will achieve any particular health outcome.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RynHealth and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, health outcomes, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
