How does Ryn work?

Ryn is an AI health coach that lives in Telegram (and on the web). You connect your data, including lab results, Strava, and wearables, and Ryn uses it to coach you daily. It checks in every morning, helps you prep for doctor appointments, runs structured programs, and gets smarter about you over time.

Is Ryn a medical service?

No. Ryn is an AI health coach, not a doctor and not a medical service. It helps you understand your health data, track your goals, and ask better questions of the people who are qualified to treat you. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

What does Ryn cost?

Ryn is $29/month USD. Your first 7 days are free, with no charge until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you won't be billed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Email hi@rynhealth.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription" and we'll take care of it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then.

What is your refund policy?

If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, email hi@rynhealth.com and we'll issue a full refund. After that, charges are non-refundable. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Is my health data secure?

Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We never sell your health data to third parties or advertisers. It is only used to power your coaching. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What integrations are supported?

Currently: Strava (workouts), Apple Health (steps, heart rate, sleep, HRV via iOS app), lab PDFs (upload directly to Ryn on the web or in chat), and manual entry via conversation. Oura Ring, Garmin, WHOOP, and Fitbit are on the roadmap.

How do I connect my data?

The easiest way is to just tell Ryn, or upload a PDF of your labs directly in the web chat. For Strava, go to your dashboard and connect under Health Data. Ryn will ask you for missing information naturally over time.

Does Ryn work outside Canada?

Yes. Ryn works anywhere Telegram is available, plus the web chat at rynhealth.com. Pricing is in USD. Crisis resources currently reference Canadian lines. If you're outside Canada, local resources apply.
