How does RynHealth work?

RynHealth connects your health data from wearables and apps, then uses AI agents to create personalized health plans and take actions on your behalf, like booking appointments or sending messages to your healthcare providers. You stay in control; the AI handles the coordination.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard under Settings โ†’ Subscription, or by emailing hi@rynhealth.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription." Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first month. If you're not satisfied, email hi@rynhealth.com within 7 days of your initial purchase and we'll issue a full refund. After 7 days, all charges are non-refundable. See our full Terms of Service for details.

Is my health data secure?

Yes. Your health data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We never sell your health data to third parties or advertisers. It is only used to power your personal AI agent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What devices and wearables do you support?

RynHealth works with Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, Oura Ring, Whoop, and other major health platforms via API integrations. We are continuously adding support for new devices. Check the integration settings in your account dashboard for the latest list.

How do I connect my health data?

After signing up, go to your dashboard and select "Connect Data Sources." You'll be guided through an OAuth authorization flow for each app or device. Your data syncs automatically once connected. No manual uploads required.

Is RynHealth a medical service?

No. RynHealth is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. RynHealth helps you organize your health data and coordinate logistics, it does not replace your doctor.

What plans are available?

We offer monthly subscription plans ranging from $29/month to $149/month depending on features and usage. All plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.
